Welcome to the Blessful Body Podcast
I started the Blessful Body Podcast to democratize and increase accessibility about healthy living and wellness.
I know that busy women (and men) like you have so many responsibilities that it can be a challenge to take care of yourself.
I also know that health information can be confusing, expensive, and overwhelming.
So I created this podcast to bring you the knowledge I've acquired from two decades of teaching Pilates, a Master's degree in Kinesiology, and teaching at a university.
I want everyone to have access to evidence and experience based health tips that are realistic for your full life.
Through strategies, tips, and inspiring stories and interviews I hope to help you move and love your body with ease, so you can live the life of your dreams!
