How to do the Pilates 100’s

It's #MarchMatness and today is 100's day!
 
I have a love/hate relationship with the 100's - I think they are often misunderstood, and they make me count (which is not my strongest skill)!
But they are a sure fire way to keep my body and mind focused and ready for a workout, and they are a great way to get my clients engaged and working!
 
So I put together a quick tutorial that explains how to do the 100's - just in case you ever had low back or neck tension while doing the 100's - I give you some pointers.
