New Year's Resolutions - do you love or hate them?

I admit that I love to go through and set intentions and goals in the new year.

In fact, I love it so much that as a faculty instructor at a university, I do this at the beginning of every semester too!

I have worked out a system and strategy that helps me make goals that are exciting yet achievable - which gives me motivation to keep working on those goals, even when it may not be easy or even fun!
