What’s Included in Your Registration Fee:

  • Daily Pilates & Movement Classes: Every morning starts with Ky’s signature Pilates Mat practice. Most afternoons bring more Pilates, conscious dance, Grief Yoga, meditation, or breathwork. All classes are optional.
  • Props Pack to Take Home: Your own portable myofascial release and strengthening tools to keep your practice going long after you return home.
  • Daily Rituals & Contemplative Practices: Thoughtfully woven throughout the week to deepen your experience and renewal.
  • Mats and Props: Everything you need for a full Pilates practice is provided.
  • Ky’s Pilates Mat Foundations On-Demand Course: Get access immediately upon registration to prepare for the retreat.

 

What’s Included in Your Accommodation Fee (booked separately through Mar de Jade):

  • 7 Nights Accommodations: Each room is unique and includes natural bath amenities, hot water, in-room safe, mosquito screens, and ceiling fans.
  • 3 Organic Meals Per Day: Farm-to-table meals from Mar de Jade’s own organic farm.
  • Full Use of the Beautiful Grounds: Beachfront hammocks, the pool, exotic birdwatching, and plenty of time to slow down and savor.

 

What’s Not Included:

  • Airfare
  • Airport Transfers: Shuttles from Puerto Vallarta can be coordinated with other participants. Ky will be in touch closer to the retreat to help arrange shared transportation.
  • Gratuity: Tips for the wonderful Mar de Jade staff are customary and appreciated.
  • Incidentals
  • Excursions: A wide variety of optional adventures are available at additional nominal fees.
  • Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage protecting your investment — many great options are available!
  • Adult beverages and espresso drinks

In addition to the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and disclaimer policies I agree to the following cancellation policy:

Cancel prior to 11/1/2026: return of activity fees paid minus a $200 administrative fee.

No refund guaranteed after 11/2//2026 unless we can fill your spot with another retreat participant. If we can, then you will receive your activity fee minus a $300 administration fee.

PricingPLan: The total cost of the retreat activity fee is $759 (minus any early bird discounts). When purchasing with a payment plan, I agree to pay three $253 charges (spread over 3 months). Failure to pay all three charges will forfeit my registration in the retreat. Any discounts will apply to the first charge ONLY.Subsequent charges will be at $253 each.

Accommodation fees cancellations are set by the Mar de Jade retreat center. Please review when reserving your room.
