Hi! I'm Ky,

I'm a busy mom, and certified Pilates, meditation, and yoga instructor with a Master's degree in Kinesiology.

I created this Spring Renewal Pilates Retreat after 20+ years of teaching women how to physically and mentally thrive through all the seasons of their lives. This Spring Renewal Retreat will help you tone and connect your body so you can move with ease and grace, focus and calm your mind so you can be present and engaged, and revitalize your spirit so you can fully enjoy all the Spring season has to offer.
