This is definitely not my average workout, and I almost didn't share it. When I went back and practiced it again though I felt so much better so I wanted to give you a chance to try it out too!

It's perfect for a morning wake-up, or anytime throughout the day when you might be feeling sluggish or stressed and need to shift your mood.
