Ever wonder what to do when you're feeling stressed or anxious?
Box Breathing can help!
Box breathing is one of my favorite forms of breathwork to reduce stress and anxiety, especially during tense moments.
Because it's simple, fast, and effective.
Unlike other breathing techniques, box breathing is easy to learn and master - so it's the one that my students find is easiest to remember during a stressful event.
It's also very focused - drawing the box really activates the parts of your brain that tend to go on vacation during fight, flight, or freeze so it can shift your brain and your nervous system out of a stress reaction quite quickly!
All you need to do is know how to outline the shape of a box and you're set!
