Foam Roller Back and Shoulder Massage

When you're in need of a back massage but can't make it to see a massage therapist - this is the "workout" for you!

This release workout focuses on massaging and aligning the fascia of your upper and lower back to relieve aches and tension, concluding with a chest opening stretch on the roller that will help your stand tall and open up your posture.

Not only will this help to release all that tension in your muscles but it will release any stuck emotions that you're carrying around in your neck and shoulders too!

I love to do this before a workout, or at the end of a long day - but really you can do this anytime you want to give yourself a some nourishing TLC and feel instantly better.
